Meet Vicky Wors

Originally from Texas, I have called Missouri home for 37 years and have lived in Franklin County for the past seven years. I am a semi-retired business consultant specializing in workforce development and management. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and a Master of Science from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri.

Throughout my 35-year career, I worked for major organizations including Emerson, Coca-Cola, Schlumberger, The Earthgrains Company, and Anheuser-Busch. I later transitioned into consulting, serving small and midsized organizations throughout the St. Louis area.

During my years working with unionized organizations, I successfully negotiated more than 80 labor agreements without a single work stoppage or unfair labor practice claim. I worked to ensure employees had safe working environments while developing competitive compensation and benefits programs for both salaried and hourly employees. I also built strong communication strategies designed to improve working relationships throughout organizations.

After semi-retiring, I relocated to Union, Missouri, in 2019. I have been a member of of several civic organizations, including the Washington Elks Lodge and the Washington Lions Club. I enjoy golf and pickleball and attend the Presbyterian Church of Washington.

I was widowed several years ago when my husband, Jim, passed away from cancer.
